I've stopped purchasing this item and I am no longer having any rubber banding.

Zerggyy was also having this issue on stream. Seems it might be a seven exclusive issue though with Arcane Surge.

I'm having this issue too, will stop buying this item until it is fixed.

This was fixed in the most recent hotfix, now working as intended.

Purchase an item that has a component and it doesn't include that component, for example, these items are 8k not 7.5k, they're not including extra charge :
