Does quick cast just throw the door portal at the closest point to your crosshair, or will it not work unless you’re already aligned?

bumping and confirming this, makes Doorman really bad to play currently as you cannot pull off quick doors which is really necessary for some plays. Only started for me with the last minor patch yesterday.

43016324 - 2 players were extreme below the average skill level of Arcanist V in this match. Lash went 2-14 (may have been intentionally feeding) and Dynamo also 14 deaths. Huge disparity with enemy.

42986940 - Queued with 2 others in the same party, ended up in a Lobby that is Archon 3, while me and the Kelvin in this match were in Arcanist. Extremely unfun as we got stomped the entire laning phase and ended up with only 5ish kills total against the enemy team.
