This is what works, I've been posting the same in the other reports for it.

set Render Quality to 100%, should fix black screen and flickering

set Render Quality to 100%, this seems to fix black screen and flashing issues

set Render Quality to 100% is another option to fix it that worked in a similar thread.

100% seems to do the trick, playing around with other setting would stop it but it would restart after a few moments. Now I need a moderator to unban me so I can get in a round or two before bed lol.
