Really cool idea, I've been wanting a Suppressor upgrade for awhile now, and this makes for a pretty great (and interesting) one. Personally, though, I'm not a fan of the name. Maybe something like Bewitching Charm? Defusing Charm? Or to go more along the line of your alt name, Jamming Jinx?

Can confirm, this happened to me in Street Brawl just now. I got the legendary charge signet or whatever it was, and the exact thing happened to me. Even after selling the item, scarabs were broken. Match ID is: 54120223

This has happened to me as well. Can't confirm if it's been fixed today because I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet, but if it hasn't it's a big issue. Genuinely lost me a few games.

I feel like it'd be neat if he had some way to see through an enemy's eyes, or at least view them in a similar way to the function keys for your teammates. Maybe his Eye of Truth can be upgraded to do that? Or perhaps he has a debuff buildup from his gun a-la Infernus/Mina that, once activated...

I'm encountering the same issue; Trying to add an alternate key for cancel ability on only Grey Talon, for insta-bird, but it only respects universal binds for some reason. It even says the correct keybinds in the UI when I'm using the ability, but pressing the button does nothing.
