I think this may be an interaction with Ivy 1, but not 100% sure. I was immobilised during Yamato ult in the final fight in the pit. My current hypothesis is the 1 started affecting me before ult when I was not debuff immune and then it carried over into ult.

I was in a game and it crashed so I rejoined and found that I was unable to shoot my weapon as it was reloading with the bar hovering up and down around 95% complete making that game unplayable. I have not been able to reproduce this to date nor did I find any solution to the issue in the game.
