I also have this exact issue with a small Wacom tablet (CTL-4100WL) where button/pressure inputs configured via OpenTabletDriver seem to work fine, but the actual mouse movement pauses every 2 seconds or so.
Inputs: Hold crouch to slide down a slope next to a wall, then aim towards the wall/against the slope and press alt fire>jump roughly one tick after the other. This results in a simultaneous grounded wall jump+slide+alt fire.
The character seems to get temporarily stuck in a bad state where alt...
Inputs: Hold left, then press dash and crouch roughly one tick after the other. You get the forward dash animation while moving sideways.
(It would be nice if this resulted in a slide, though that would be a behavior change from pre-patch.)
An item for the keyboard mashers and movement players.
As text:
Intended as a cheaper way to gain more wall jumps and air dashes without needing to invest in Superior Stamina at T3. Is intended to synergize with that item rather than replacing it.
This gives specific support for light melee...
Removing this would remove skill expression from the game - it's at least 4x as expressive as HMC going by the vel display. Taking it out would remove depth and turn Deadlock into a casual game for MOBA babies.

See video - not sure if sandbox only.
Some fire rate is required so that you can consistently repeat Shiv alt-fire > heavy melee while hitting the walker.
It's not consistent - you need to press warp stone probably one tick before doing the dash.
If you do Shiv alt-fire at about the same time, it is somewhat more consistent, but also makes you fly randomly backwards or forwards.
Edit: Also can't be at the top of the rope (or maybe aiming warp...
Get on a rope, press warp stone and then dash. The rebound from the warp stone+rope gives you a ton of speed, and then the dash conserves the speed when you leave it.
Playing in a 3-person party seems to result in much more difficult matchmaking than playing as a duo, with lopsided matches in either direction.
3 losses in a row as a trio, where my trio got at least top 3/4 for souls, but at least 2/3 randoms on our team were basically not playing the same...
