Pretty old and common bug, I couldn't find a thread about it, apologies if that already exists. Sometimes contextual ping will respond to enemies, (showing enemy hero icon and phrase like "Ok") when there is nobody on your team to respond to. Pretty disruptive when you are trying to communicate...

Pretty much the title. Setting filter on the all matches screen will prevent all matches screen from updating after playing the game for example (match history on the profile page is still getting updated)
