I am in EU, but even here 1/3 of my matches goes with server issues. It happens even in full bots games. It consists of playing as there is 200 ping (it still shows 70, but it is obvious that it is not), freezes (console says to much to prediction algorithm). Usually 2-3 persons in the game also...
