As soon as I press down more than one key at a time, my frame-time jumps from 8.2ms to 15.3 causing an noticeable stutter every 3-4 seconds. Has nothing to do with mouse polling rate, or CPU bottleneck. Only happens when keys are pressed, whether it's a keyboard or mouse button input. Doesn't...
