Just wanted add an update - been dealing with this since I made this post but I think the rendering was a problem. I added "-dx12" in the steam launch options and my next game had 0 micro stutters or frame drops. Played another right after and it still looked good. I'll try again later tonight...

I usually use Full Screen. This was changed when I tried messing around with settings due to the FPS drops.

My self and others have been noticing quite harsh FPS drops in October. I mainly started experiencing it after 10/10/2025 where my frames go from 200+ down to ~90. I have a fairly good PC and haven't had issues up until recently. If I pause and relaunch mid game or delete cached shader files...
