yeah I know that bans don't start at 6 hours, that's why it seems a little excessive that I have this long of a cool down seeing as I dont leave matches

Today I was in a match and had an internet outage and now I have a 6 hour matchmaking cooldown. I never leave matches so I thought it would only be 30 mins or something like that, am I able to get this cooldown lifted? username: DEEP STATE PROGRAM MANAGER
