A bug, since the warpstone ujst should teleport the user not others attached by spells.

Example: You have +95 spirit shield from "Hollow point ward" It gets depleted and starts the cd. But if you use Willpower that cd will restart, making impossible to be regenerated anytime because you want to use willpower faster than that making it a useless shield if you use your willpower, or...

what is said. Looks like the cd only activates if manage to make an ulti over a enemy and fail, but not if the enemy dies while doing that (and gets killed by other enemy)

Many paches has passed and none of them fix the replay system The game counts how much time has passed and if you back in time (pressing with click) this time isn't count by the game so once you use the +10 or -10 time or other options it will make them move to the time that already has passed...
