I've had the same thing happen. It ended up being fixed after an update.

Region: Oceania as well I did another test. I had it run for 2 hours. No game proc. Just sat there searching. Switched to a friends account, got a ranked game within 2 min. Repeated this a couple times. The same all the way. Almost like my account has a bug or shadow ban.

The first ranked queue took 25 minutes to find a game. I can live with that. But I've been unable to find a game in ranked since. QP is fine. But I've left ranked searching for several hours, moving the mouse to stop it being kicked, and it never finds a game. I haven't been hit with a...
