It's probably a game that I'm still in that match, but it ended more than 2 hours ago. Please help me, maybe someone has encountered this

I was playing a normal game, at one point I was thrown into the lobby, and the "Return" button appeared, I click on it, after which what is shown on the 2nd screen happens. I can't start looking for a new match.
