my game crashed, i restarted it and then got dead server disconnected message.... then the low priority match making notice..... and then a 24 hour ban. Why? what happened?

it seems like the game actions mappings different buttons than what is set in the custom layout. And the only way to fix to remap everything based on the Official layout🤬😭😭
