Keep getting stutter step and lag as viscous about 10-20 minutes into the match, no increase ping or decrease of client fps, tried rebooting game, still stutter issues.

as Kelvin, I had an issue that started about 5 minutes into the match where I was occassionally having stutter steps/appearing to lag, but not ping issues, quit and rejoined then my audio was playing backwards.
