    Victor pain battery showing as not ready even though it was

    Just had a game on victor where the whole time my pain battery would stop at 90% and charge no more and would work as intended, it really threw me off because i wasnt ever fully aware if i was able to use it or not, id have to go back and check, i also beleive when i bought cooldown reductions...
