This happens with every build I tested and on every character. Goes back to normal when you respawn and re-open the upgrade menu.

I used seven's ult to help my team finish off the enemy's patron and the last kill didn't get accounted in the end match screen.

The weakened patron can be moved from his spot with a hero ability (I wasn't able to figure out what caused it, but the bug was still caught on the replay near the end of the match)

The same thing happened to me and to a friend I was playing with (match id: 86415. Happened at 31:20). It doesn't seem to be exclusive to Abrams because it happened with Kelvin and Bebop in the match I was playing. (Screenshot from my friends' view)

the true form model duplicates itself quite a lot of times whenever this bug happens, causing a huge drop in frame rate. My theory is that since the patron is a round surface it may be detecting that ivy hit the ground a bunch of times, triggering the effect over and over again
