Too many things going on for 1 ability. Just a clone that takes all your debuffs is enough in my opinion.
But if debuffs were merely transferred, bebop's bomb or any AoE debuff would still affect you and teammates. Need a solution for that.

Soul Flare
Emit 1 fake soul orb that gives 0 souls every 1s.
Active : Make you invisible for 1s and deploy a dozen fake soul orbs.

The idea is that aimbot will track flares while normal players just ignore them. Disrupt...
If active reload were a base mechanic, it would be a redundancy because there will never be a situation where you don't want to hit the active reload key. It would be like "press x to breathe air".
Quicksilver reload gives +50 damage to the first hit of ability. Somehow it triggers on the 2nd shot of Assassinate.
I guess Assassinate is just so fast that the bonus damage happens after the 1st shot.
Zipline and candle upgrades to accelerate late game would be good.
But who's gonna pay for upgrades? It's very unlikely for 6 random guys to solve poverty.
I like the idea of throwing random things. But that reads like just different grenades.
I would like things more varied. Like: furniture as temp roadblocks, foods as health packs, cloths on face to block vision.
There's definitely something wrong. How is Vindy landing shots when tracers visually hit nothing and crosshair isn't even close to Lash?

Medusa is a very unique hero in Dota. She uses mana to absorb damage thus making magic resource part of health resource.
