That's too much like csgo. irl snipers need time to aim. also forcing you to make a decision weather to use sniper or not is much funnier than it being the default gameplay. Also it is more consistent with vindicta's lust for vengance greed. The current design specifically punishes player's greed.

I think it may be caused by something similar that also affects Vindicta. Vindicta’s bonus damage from ultimate kills is not shown in the stats.
