I can't be sure without going and checking your game but this has happened to me before when we took too long to turn in the urn and it spawned an entirely new urn, removing the one we had just dropped for a fight. You'd have to compare the urn values though to know for sure

This happens pretty often when an urn is dropped on a roof and it walks its way off the side. Best way to fix it is to step away from the urn a few seconds and let it walk itself down.

Those 5v6 matches end automatically and you have to wait for it to kick you back to the main menu, I think it takes a few minutes but it's never been anything like 10. It was happening when someone exited the party after the party leader queued, among other causes I'm sure

Geist doesn't have charges, you can't buy it on someone that doesn't have an ability with charges

it appears to have a .5 second internal cooldown or so
