I solved it myself.

OS: Windows 11 Build 22631.4037

After I ended second tutorial and trying to play the third one, the game crushed. I thought it was nothing and I relaunched the game, after that tried to join pvp match, but game keeped crushing. I tried any APIs and settings, but game keeps crushing, sometimes even Steam crushes together...
