Victor's gun has a ramp-up effect similar to McGinnis' gun but does not have the same note to describe it on the weapon page.The ramp up itself is small (5.05-5.85) so it is easily missed.
If Victor dies while a forced movement effect such as Paradox swap or Phantom strike is in use, his reanimation circle effect does not follow where Victor will reanimate and cause the explosion. The normal Victor particle effects do move to his real location.
Shot tracers from Drifter's left hand do not appear to follow the hitbox cleanly, causing projectiles to ghost enemies.
When Express shot is used Drifter, the second shot tracers comes out with his hand across the left side but the real projectiles are not aligned.
Drifter's Stacking Bloodscent damage may be double-stacking. at 100% bonus his shots are dealing 82 damage. On the weapon sheet it shows expected 41 damage, double his base. Melee damage is slightly different, likely because of weapon damage being halved for melee.
Geist's Soul Exchange ability has 30% Min Health received on the ability description. I am not certain what this is intended to describe; whether you always gain 30% of your hp or if you will be brought up to 30% if you use it on somebody below 30%.

Rebuttal tooltip isn't clear that it only applies to normal melee (and puddle punch). "On successful Parry against an enemy Hero" would suggest that counterspell parries would apply but it does not.
Sinclair with multishot from Split Shot item causes Spectral Assistant to fire extra shots for each bonus multishot with no spread, causing four times the effective damage.
