20514189 Not sure if its a player on their team that is way out of skill bracket or 2 members not contributing but seems like a bad matcup

If you purchase an active item and bind it to a key and then sell it back then buy and bind it again the cooldown does not track properly. The icon just stays on like its useable but when pressed says the ability is on cooldown. This is replicable in sandbox.
