I know you gain Weapon Damage when spending but these two are not the same thing. That +%64 Damage is the Indicator of Hollow Point's +% Damage. It's conditional It only appears when you're above certian HP. They should be seperate. It's not an bug entirely I know.

Collision bug

Its weird cause you would imagine it would proc. You can do a whole build around your ultimate to do extra burst damage etc. but It appears lightning scroll doesnt proc.

This has been an issue for a while, we’re still waiting for a fix.
