The first video demonstrates how spellslinger doesnt give you stacks while you have a shield active and taking damage.
The second video demonstrates how rem can enter tunnels while taking damage with a shield active.
Holiday's low health ult voiceline gets triggered as soon as you cast your ult instead of triggering as soon as you hit someone. I assume this is a bug since her normal ult voicelines get triggered when you actually hit someone with it.
