Spellbreaker Passive is not Spirit Resist, it is reduction and applies separately. 1000 Spirit Damage dealt to a person with spellbreaker is reduced by 25% due to Spellbreaker's innate spirit resist to 750, and then that value reduced by 75% to 187.5.
