    Spellbreaker Passive is not Spirit Resist, it is reduction and applies separately. 1000 Spirit Damage dealt to a person with spellbreaker is reduced by 25% due to Spellbreaker's innate spirit resist to 750, and then that value reduced by 75% to 187.5.     The 12 second duration for barrier does not seem to be working. Ultimately not a big deal as it does not stack infinitely, but something to note.

    After some testing, arcane surge works on ult, however, if casting another ability like binding word or flask, the ult damage goes away. In addition, it seems arcane surge does not affect binding word's damage.
