Easy fix for that, if you receive/deal damage after purchasing an item, can't sell it at full cost. Good idea with quick buy, probably not highest priority for now

It was an exact same bug with urn descent, a while ago, was it fixed?

Agreed, revert translation of item names. Or make it optional in settings.
