Hello, just had a game with a toxic player spamming pings every few seconds. Muting person would not mute their spamming even though it probably should.

??? Are you ok? They already have a system that detects AFK players. It is also much easier to fight than cheaters, as you can easily tell if someone is not doing anything. Both cheaters and throwers waste everyone's time, I dont see why you would not want to ban both.
