Buffs the chance of getting souls drops from boxes and Buffs from urns. I believe its around 50% chance to get stuff from them and this could buff it to 80% for both. Maybe at T2 this could be too strong but obviously it would need tweaking and playtesting. Maybe it also gives a movement speed...
