    Paradox carbine currently does not increase movement speed (Fixed)

    In short, the movement speed increase from kinetic carbine currently is not working. Initially I thought it just sets it to a base value, or has something to do with the sprint speed - movement speed difference, but its actually much simpler, carbines movement speed buff literally does not apply...

    Paradox headshots do not benefit from Pulse bomb damage amp

    Did some more testing with other characters that have damage amp. Apart from Paradox, the others I found to have the same bug are Lady Geist, Infernus. Haven't tested with Items yet.
