It's obvious that this item should increase the zoom so I don't really care to argue semantics, but thanks for the bump.

Vindicta's ultimate's zoom does not benefit from the +25% Weapon Zoom passive on the Sharpshooter item. As a consequence your right click will zoom more than your ultimate.

Since you also have a 12th gen Intel processor, I just tried pinning the game to only the P-cores of my processor (0-15) and that didn't seem to help. I'm also playing the game on minimum settings.

I have this exact same issue running Vulkan on Linux via Proton. I also have a 12th gen Intel CPU, but I have an AMD GPU (6700xt). Someone in a game said that disabling the Discord overlay fixed it for them, but I'm not running any such overlays.
