Yeah, my idea with this isn't to create an item for melee damage, it's for movement, so cancelling it is expected. I'm just trying to bring back HMC except give it more of a cost.
Upgrade to melee charge that applies antiheal. It should be stronger than toxic bullets as it would be harder to apply.
Or have it be 10 max stacks and on max stacks they just die. Think of it like a parry education item
