My best guess is that when I got stunned the position the urn wanted to be dropped was different from my position where I was moved by swap and the urn teleported to my previous location where it should've fallen off and that combined with the urn being affected by gravity when it's dropped...

Match ID: 43636525 I was holding the urn when I got knocked down and swapped through Paradox window and it flung the urn across the map.
