All of the effects for the Trap are correct except for the one that stays when the trap is placed.
As you can see in the image the outer circle for the placing effect is correctly reflecting the size with ability range upgrades, but the inner circle that lingers there when placed has not changed.
Currently Slowing Bullets is almost never purchased because of its Spirit equivalent 'Slowing Hex' being an active you can apply instantly and silencing movement abilities for the same price.
Slowing Bullets ends up being a waste of a slot currently as it provides no Damage bonuses and provides...
Hollow Point is conditional and works with Melee abilities.
Either way it feels bad that the item anyone would assume is the best for close range Melee abilities doesn't actually apply it's conditional damage.
