Bumping to report the same issue myself. Just went on a 13 game winstreak, stayed at ritualist 3 the whole time. My rank was broken before the big update, being stuck in low arcanist despite a 60+% winrate pre update, after old gods update it did move up to Ritualist 3 but hasn't changed since...
