apparently you can also clear the map cache in the file sections of the game. but i dont know how to do that

so i went to steam - settings - downloads - clear cache. then right click deadlock - properties - installed files - verify integrity

Ok so I found the solution. Clearing your cache in steam settings then verifying intergity of the game files will work. You can then use map_dl_streets with all the cheats and ai_setenable 0 will give you the game without minions :))) I'm leaving this in here so that people with similar...
