Prior to the update, pressing the parry key while channeling Heavy Barrage cancelled the channel and instantly started the Parry. After the update, you have to cancel Heavy Barrage before you are able to parry, otherwise you will get the "You are busy" prompt. Unsure if this is intentional...

Previously, casting Heavy Barrage after you started reloading did not cancel the reload. Now, you can still reload while channeling Heavy Barrage, but only after you start casting it.
