happened twice to me again for the Luggage Cart binded to 3 (Match ID: 41764246). I have hero specific keybinds for most of the heroes I play. For lash it also happens with 3, with the flog ability. The rest of the abilities for both of these characters are set to E & Q and 4 for ults. I wonder...

Yep just had this happen with Lash in multiple games. I have the "flog" ability binded to 3 however sometimes in the middle of the game i can no longer activate flog. It only works after I either rejoin or die. This is the match ID where it happened last, I had to rejoin and only then it...
