Unsure if this is a ui thing, but all items I tested looked like they received the cdr, even items with passive cool downs, but siphon bullets was not receiving the cdr.
I dont know if her audio is muffled but she has virtually no footstep audio at all times? grapple hook ability definitely needs a louder/ longer sound queue as she flies towards you but even her footstep audio is awful 90% of the time at least if not more. also nerf that garbage character into...
