frenzy definitely needs a merf but im not tryna state what needs nerfs and more so what i feel like could be buffed or reconsidered, personally im weary of nerfing items unless things are really cooked and imo frenzy as it is has it's place as a strong t4 on anyone but idk of it's too strong...
