Had the same thing happen to me in Match ID 17978598 at around 14:00. Only thing that fixed it was getting ulted by dynamo. I thought it was the dynamo ult that caused it but it seems recausing that animation in anyway is can fix it. Restarting the game and dying did not fix it. Looks like bebop...
