This Infernus is the mid pit far below me. It can also be used to farm creeps while outside of the building they are in.

Rapid recharge normally puts Billy's bashdown to 4 seconds. However having both the pendant and rapid recharge will double that cooldown to 8 seconds. I imagine this item also does this to other charged abilities.

Player who selected the same hero and loaded in last will be a "ghost" as if they were still loading in so the match will not start.
