My issue is not the same as yours. my 100% consistency haze screenshake was caused by a mod (voidwalker haze skin), tho i have had screenshake issues without mods, due to the replay bug.

there is currently (and has been for at least a month) a bug where your entire screen shakes/jitters when moving and shooting with haze and sometimes infernus. from what i have heard from other people experiencing this bug it seems to get worse with higher firerate. some people have noticed this...
