The attack itself and its effects on the attacker's movement seem to work fine though. (When bound to MOUSE3 the animation plays normally like with any other key.)

If the list has been scrolled further than ~halfway down the list (seemingly a threshold value), the first click (left or right) anywhere in the menu frame below the "HOTKEYS" header causes the list to scroll back up to that threshold value, and does not enable a bind's key capture if its name...

For action-encouraging healing, what about a 500g or 1200g damage leech that only functions against structures? I don't know if there's enough exposed structure HP in the map to make it truly worthwhile past the laning phase, but it could be neat to see how it fits in. Maybe give it some trinket...
