    Can we revert the echo shard without cooldown?

    Definitely hope they revert this change. Extremely clunky and unintuitive to use now. Just so much less smooth and enjoyable...

    Bebop bomb attachment sound plays but doesn't actually attach/activate. If you use echo shard after this it will go on cooldown like it was used!

    If you try to use bebop's bomb on someone but they happen to move out of range at the same time, you will sometimes still hear the bomb attachment sound effect like it worked but it actually didn't.
