This is still occurring! The current end-of-match surveys also show up at the end of downloaded replays. I've never filled one out and I don't know if they actually get transmitted, but it is still seemingly unintended.

would like to bump this thread. i got an abandonment warning (screenshot attached) for trying to leave a sandbox that had popped just as i was supposed to load into a match. no visible penalty or matchmaking ban seems to have been imposed against me, at least. i think this would be my only match...
