If you go on you profile you can see the rank for each hero

This happens because you get a rank for each hero. When you have never played a hero before, you basically start out as fresh.

Had this in a round where Mo & Krill took the Urn for our team and shortly after disconnected and didn't return. Their character would stand in spawn with the Urn equipped. I couldn't retrieve the Urn. The Urn event never completed and stayed like this for the rest of the game.
