I just tested this with greater expansion. Flawless Advance's tooltip displays the range as 16.9m. Standing ~25m from Hideout Abrams, I can hit him with Flawless Advance. After the lunge, Apollo is just under 20m from Abrams. Both of these values are significantly larger than the range displayed...

Around 27, 28 minutes into the game I clicked on tab to check my stats and consider my next purchase while ziplining back to the base. The game crashed when I clicked tab and I had to revalidate my files before I could play.
As the title says, I used Paradoxical Swap on Seven during his ultimate, then hid from the position I swapped him to. I continued to take damage, including the killing blow being dealt by Storm Cloud.
Match ID was 2393809. This happened right at the end of the match, seconds before my team's loss.
