At 32:45 in match id 19089809, Haze got stuck in a state where she couldn't ground dash and her model was stuck in some animation. It looks like this happened after she used ult and then got hit by Mirage tornado and then Infernus ult. Dying didn't fix this state, but getting hit by a Abrams ult...

In match 18108871 at around 14:37, everyone in the vicinity crashed when Vindicta fired her ult at the ulting Infernus. It also crashes in the replay, but seemingly only from Vindicta's perspective?
